If you are not a carrier, but you plan on helping carriers find/move freight for shippers then you need Freight Broker Authority. We can get your MC Number (ICC Number) assigned the same day you send us your application. We will also file your BOC-3 (Designation of Process Agents) towards your application. To operate as a freight broker, the government also requires that you set up a Surety Bond which we can also help you set up. An agent will contact you as soon as you submit us your application.
